Thanks all, yep have an exercise ball and have been bouncing and despite being in alot of pelvic pain have just manage a walk along the seafront on my crutches and cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. Everyone keeps phoning to ask whats happening and i just cant talk about it without getting upset, so either making hubby talk to them or just ignoring the phone.

I remember hearing about the oil you can put in your bath Ema, anyone know what it was called??

  • Hi all

Sorry to hear you're having a rough time Gems, I'm not even thinking that far along yet so don't know what to suggest. Can just offer ))HUGS)).

I've had a terrible cough all week and every time I cough I get a sharp pain across my lower abdomen, it aches all the time too, do you think I may have pulled a ligament or something?

Gems [STRIKE]think it might be clary sage you're thinking of? But don't quote me on it:o[/STRIKE]I was right :DLINKY theres 10 things you can do to help things along:) you've already done a couple and there's probs 1/2 you really don't fancy lol
Hope things get a move on soon for you!

Dusty it's probs a normal ligament stretching and you're just making it more noticeable when you cough :) Get yourself rested and dosed up with honey & hot lemon to keep any cold away!!!!

I've had a busy day!!!!!!!!!! Not like this place at all...means it's gone fast though:) Slowed down now so might be able to keep up with posts now....not that you lot have been that chatty :-p

  • I've never had a "special poo" And I've had two babies... Also had no signs and symptons of labour with DD1 until my waters popped in the middle of the night... With DD2 I had some contractions on the Sunday night that stopped... So we DTD Monday morning to get them going again... Prior to that no other sign though...

I can't wait for this pregnancy to be finished already and I'm not even halfway yet... I'm so jealous of all you ladies in the last weeks already...

OTE, can you definitely not fit into your current costume? I wore my normal one for aqua-natal last time... It was a bit of a squeeze by 38 weeks, but it still went on :)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.
