Suzy: I'm still impressed at your brood! Is it hard being pregnant with a 1 year old? I do like the idea of having them close in age but I bet it's hard being pregnant and looking after a little one!

Pigpen don't worry I will not let my baby be an only child, OH came from a big family so has always wanted 5 or 6 kids himself. I'm thinking 2 or 3 at the moment, we need a bigger house and obviously for this baby to hurry up!

bizarrely I found it made the pregnancy pass so much quicker having a small one (or 4) to run around after.. my main problem was my absolute inability to stay awake from 4-4:30 every night after the school run.. I fell asleep many a time sitting on the edge of the chair with my elbows on my knees and my face in my hands in a desperate attempt to stay awake.. in the end a DVD and a nap on the sofa became absolute.

    6 is a good number.. :p

Lovely pic Xmas. Makes me think that this might all be worthwhile afterall.

2GFM - I'm feeling a bit better today. Had lunch (potato and beans) and now just had quiche for tea. I've not managed egg for 2 months. I even did some washing up today, for the first time since getting the BFP.

This might be a one off, or it might be things finally getting better. Right now I don't mind, I'm just happy to have a good day. :)

xmas - congrats honey, can I order a labour like yours :p She is beautiful by the way and just look at all that hair :D

smartie - hope your feeling better soon and fingers x'd that he turns of her/his own accord, if not then good luck with the CS.

delain - big hugs honey, I'm glad you know what the problem is and that its been caught early enough to manage well. Good luck with the CS.

merfe - if I am being honest we cant justify the price of the 4D but we want one and arent being MSE :o

Huge appropriate vibes to all else who need them :D

Thanks also for all the advise on the movements, I think this baby goes from laying breech / back to my front when the movements seem to be less frequent and lower down (right in my foof :o) to laying horizontally when I feel like its disco dancing in there and I can often feel movements at both sides at the same time.

I also have another question which you all may be able to help me with. I have had this odd pain in my left thigh for about 6 months now. I cant be certain I had it before I conceived but I am pretty sure I didnt. Its not constant and its hard to describe but its like a pulling, burning, pins and needles kinda pain which seems to get worse the longer I stand / walk on it. I'm pretty sure its muscular.

However, I also noticed last week when I went to scratch an itch that there is a significant patch that is kinda numb - again its hard to explain. Its not completely numb but its like when you touch your face after a filling once the anesthetic is starting to wear off - am I making any sense at all?

Anyhoo, I am at the Dr's on Monday but wondered if anyone had any thoughts?

I must admit that I've found it harder with this pregnancy than my first two who were less than a year apart but saying that Im older and I was working full time too.

I found it easier to "get the first lot of pregnancys out of the way" as I wanted the children when I was young.. but then I met someone else and the child bearing started all over again, hence these 2.

Thanks for that Suzy :) think I'd like to have a few while I'm in my 20s, am 24 now. I always thought I would have my 1st at 18 but I just didn't feel grown up enough, lol.

10 would be a nitemare for me ! I love my kids but also looking forward to a life (without kids on our hands) with my OH whilst we're still young enough to enjoy it.

I think 6 is my last one as like PP said you just "have" to have a even number. We was going to have another before Im 40 but I think enoughs enough now

Tigtag- Sorry cant help you on that - like you said could be muscular best to run it past the midwife although my MW are a waste of time for asking anything as there so busy.

Kitkat - funny that as I thought you were older from your posts! Funny how you imagine people to be isnt it. Your 7 years older than my first child! lol

Lol Suzy I often get told I seem older than my years! My older sis is v immature so I've always been to first to do stuff, like leave home, have a baby, etc!
