well my due date is here, which means I should definately have my baby within 14 days maximum. Smartie I can have a little race with you, see if this madam will come before your section.

Good luck for today Sir Monster

    Rach glad you're feeling better.

MV I too like your kitchen and your bump, lol

Welshlassie, if they were that consistent in the council, it'd be boring, I think they like to change their minds oohhhh every 5 mins, can you appeal the decision and do you have any paperwork relating to your last application. I've never had to apply for one, so don't know what's involved.

    Hope you're feeling better courgette

Last thing those cakes are well freaky!

Hope you're all well and have a nice bank holiday weekend!
  • Thank you Bunny! :D

Dare I mention I also have a pink Smeg fridge? All my girlfriends love it..and I think my male friends do too! :rotfl:

Oooh countdown to baby begins for you!! EXCITING!
Metranil dreams of becoming a neon,

How am I going to get to heaven?,
When I'm just balanced so precariously..

    Afternoon all!

Nothing to report (other than a massive amount of cleaning done, this nesting lark is making the house lovely - let's see how long it lasts after Munchkin eventually turns up :rotfl:).

MV - lovely bump!!!!! :p And I too like your house (and for those of you who have nothing better to do, take a look at the early pages of the Shabby Chic thread on OS - lots more MV house on there :p)

Thanks for all the hugs - I'm okay today I think it was just the dispointment of being told I was still a way off. Mw did say that as it's my second baby I can still go quite quickly even though I'm not ready yet.

Off up to a friend's in a bit then we have a wedding reception this evening where everyone can make oh-so-original comments about the size of me/whether I've had it yet/ whether I've tried curry/sex/pineapple etc etc etc.

Mw did say nipple stimulation can get things going (but needs to be for 2 hours at a time :eek::eek:) which led to me finally trying out the breast pump. That shrieking you heard about 10.30 last night was me and hubby realising that there's actual real life milk coming from my norks! Not sure who was most surprised (or even why either of us were! :rotfl:)

oh courgette, i've been leaking a bit for about 2 months, it is very wierd and freaks hubby out somewhat. One of the girls from work has gone into labour today, 11 days overdue, i accused her of stealing my due date :p

courgette - maybe you should wear a badge tonight saying 'do I look like i've had it?!' or something similar!

DH has painted the windowsill :) so we are getting there! He didn't think to take the net curtain down first of course despite me saying I was going to wash it! Oh well.

Today I am mostly going to be putting my feet up watching the test match :)
