courgette hope the sweep gets something started, loads of labour vibes. When was your initial due date before it was changed?
Sir monster that is pants but not much you can really do I suppose, it'll be better if they are less busy tomorrow hopefully then you'll get the proper attention x

I read about this this morning in the Metro - it's incredible! Goes to show how important skin-to-skin contact is and that they shouldn't just whisk baby away from you!My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |

Good luck with the sweep courgette, I don't want an induction either as seems too early but I guess if blood flow is reducing to baby then he is better out than in. Just don't want to keep ringing the hospital or getting there and is no room at the inn. Dream you are right to be assertive as the lady at the triage put down that I was coming back from today and mention it to them when I ring up, as at the end of the day they are doing it for a medical reason not because I feel like it!!
Also courgette could you request as an alternative monitoring of the baby or do they do this??

I'm having a tired day today although I did make it to aquanatal so glad about that, but the rest of the day has been pretty much a write off.0 -
Oh sir m what a pain, I know you're not desperate for the baby to come but once you've got yourself psyched up for it! Hope tomorrow works out xx
dream - that's terrible re midwife, you'd think they'd have told you at last appointment!
courgette - hope you were successful at putting off the induction date. I heard last week of a lady (who was a midwife) who went 4 weeks overdue as she refused to be induced
lilian- those cakes are creepy!!
Had a nice time at my friends, DH was vile this morning after I woke him up, like 11am is unreasonable!! I didn't realise his mum had text first thing to rearrange their trip out for this aft not this morning. He had a go at me for taking a day off sick, said I shouldn't go out if I was 'ill' but my point is that working all day is v different to nipping to a friends for a cup of tea! Anyway, he did apologise later and when I got home he'd hung up the washing so must've felt guilty!! Good!!! He's just text to say he's on his way home and has a bad headache, thinks it's his sinuses, so he'd better not be grumpy later. I get so upset so easily and he can be very hurtfulMum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -
Hugs rach. Sending labour vibes to those who need them. I can't believe im 34 weeks and 3 days today. Baby feels like he is trying to escape out of my tummy and my tummy is itchy too. Going to the gym when dh finishes work. Thats rubbish dreamie, hope that your gp will see you. I have my 35 week appointment on tuesday but with a different midwife who i haven't met as my normal midwife is off now for a couple of months for a operation. Hope that the new one is as nice as my normal one.Married 09/09/090

Ps them cakes are strange. I really admire people who have been working through their pregnancey, i finished at uni when i was 20 weeks and find that housework is hard enough for me now.Married 09/09/090
