Main problem is I'm filling my life up with nice things to do. (Well, I guess that's not really a problem!)

You're right it's not a problem and I'm so pleased you are finding some time for yourself x

I've 2 hours now so I need to tidy the kitchen and do some baking.

My figleaves order has arrived but am I really in the mood for trying on swimsuits? Think I'll leave it until I have my JL one collected later and do them all and once and then probably pack them all up for returning.

Hi all, been missing again for a while. Hope everyone is ok. Am v glad it's the weekend here, though I feel like I could sleep through it! However I woke up quite early and got up about 8.30 eventually, have washed up from last night, stripped my bed and bedding is in the WM, opened post and that's it.

I do need to do some other bits of washing today, the big bed also needs changing, dry washing folding & put away, a load of baby stuff to wash, DH needs to fill the hole on the windowsill in the baby's room, we are going to print some photos and I need a few bits for dinner. That's probably plenty for me! ALso need to get DH to dyson through this weekend and dust too.

Was possibly going to be meeting greenbee today but we've not managed to arrange anything and I don't think I'm up to going into London :( much as i'd love to see her.

I hate trying on clothes! swimsuits are the worst!

Sorry I've missed your HHC, 365days. I'll just have to start my own at 11.30, if anyone wants to join in. Back to decluttering DS2's room. As yesterday, I may be some time.... Back for a late lunch, I think.

  • Morning all. DEcluttered market...little old lady in post office decided I had spent too long at the counter so decided to come and peer over my shoulder in the hope I'd leave. When I left I said to her "its a good thing I wasn't doing anything confidential" she didn't even get that it was a criticism of her rude behaviour. Grrr.

Figleaves, do they do bras and are they any better than bravissimo??

Flea vibes for all KH's *areas* :rotfl:
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x

Well I've just written the meal plans for the week - trying to eat a bit more healthily and frugally, so I'm going to try one of weezl's recipes from her website, as well as one I've found on netmums (I'm not a mum myself, but there are loads of good recipes on there). Off to post the plans on the relevant thread, and then I'm off to do the food shopping.

Baked another courgette cake by popular request yesterday, and as I wasn't feeling 100% (so not up to doing it myself), asked Moon to mop and hoover the kitchen floor afterwards. He also hoovered upstairs (the hoover was up there), the stairs, and downstairs before he mopped, so that saves me a job.

Hugs to all who are feeling poorly or down.
