:-) thanks for having faith in me, however Like you say I could do with getting someone to come with me. I have a work collegue who may come if I ask. He seems a litle more clued up than me when it comes to talking a good case.

I however although seeming rational during distant discussions, when forced into a corner I become unrational and fear things that more than likely wont ever happen. I make silly mistakes and knee-jerk reactions, I generally go to pieces when I feel I'm not in control. I don't mean to be like this. I became like this after suffering torment & bullying in the army as a 17 year old soldier. So now as soon as I feel at all threatened my guard fly's up and that's the beginning of me making a fool out of myself.[/QUOTE]

Hope you've come through the night with some calm repose to carry you forward today.
How I wish you realised that the sort of clear, lucid, articulate, exceptionally well-worded insights you have effortlessly written above make you a very rare bird indeed.

Now just go back, and take on board every single one of those descriptors, because they ARE you being you. A candidate less likely to perjure him-/herself is difficult to imagine.

This is the person I think the OR needs to know - so I hold to printing out this Thread for your file. It can only add to the rounding of you as an individual when you appear before any authorities later - counterclaim, Dr's notes, follow-up i/v's etc.

It's a TGIF, too, confused?, so plan something good for this w/e. Do you ever look online/check local papers for freebies that are on in your area? Weather forecast promises seasonal better-than-it-should-be for this time of year, so get outside en famille and maybe even try something new. Taking Thermos and simple munch from home makes anything better and essential family consolidation time. This is not unimportant nonsense; it's vital weaponry for your memory bank. Further, each thing you deposit here is impregnable, untouchable by the jackals. Your wife and littley need this as much as you do.

    I'll check in this evening.

Is it unusual to have second interviews? The only thing I would have thought they possibly could be peeved about was something I told them from the very beginning, this was that I paid bills with my overdraft ( which I lived in anyway). And I only did this to protect my family...

There are alot of people who live in their overdraft so its not that maybe he just has few more questions that he forgot to ask the first time. I would not worry about it and I hope that it goes well.

Just popping in to echo what ampersand and others have said, you have come across extremely well through all this, and I take my hat off to you I really do.

Try not to worry about the 2nd interview, it might turn out to be good rather than bad. As for living off the overdraft that is what we did as well, as well as the credit cards, I think you will find out that most of the BR's on here have done that as well so I would very much doubt that you will get in trouble for that.

Ive just posted a possible solution to your problem on your thread.

Gonna take your advice Ampersand and have a day out with the family Thanks :)

I didnt come on for long yesterday as we spent the whole evening in A&E with our little girl.
She was Ill Poorly with Sickness and Dhiarea v dehidrated and has lost weight. shes been sick for 3 week now with different things so been doubly hard with the associated sleep deprevation techniques the little one gives us.

Shes a real fighter though. tough as an old boot :)

Thanks Paris 5000, Im sure she'll be fine, just at that age where she's constantly picking bugs up. (9 months). teething and all the rest.

I wouldnt swap her for the world.

Thing is Paris, she's the one im fighting this for.
How can someone say im not allowed to buy my daughter gifts, birthday and christmas presents toys and stuff.

Even if i had done something wrong then why should my baby suffer, she has the same rights as anyone else.

She'll be 1 in january and i want her to have the best 1st christmas and birthday.
