We are a special breed, little poppet. Courage and endurance are our watchwords. Teeth, tums, temperatures....they can all be absolute sods and take a lot out of you when it's all so new to your world and you to it. Losing body fluid means losing weight and it can be terrifying for everyone when you are still at the start of your Life. Take it from me, this being your first Autumn, it will all get better. Make sure Mum and Dad hang on to this thought too.

Hi All,
I have just had a letter from the official reciever saying can i pay £210 per month. i have asked them to re concider this as my fuel costa are non negotiable.

it is what it is and is essential to and from work costs.

they allowed 250

yet i pay £320 per week without fail. sometimes even £400 depending on the length of the month.

any advice?

with v little surplus i dont see how thay can still come to this.

I rang to dispute. They even sent me the spread sheet they use. I altered numbers ect. And sent it back.

They said if I don't agree they will apply for an ipo.... Is this bad or will they hear me out. My only gripe is they won't take into consideration my actual fuel costs. Which is backed up with reciepts. They even tried saying it should only cost me 200 a month. This is really bad. I don't want to have to quit work...


My partner is also expected to pay her wage to the essential costs however they won't take into conciseration her personal expense. This is truly disgusting. I really really really need to get this annulled does anyone know a good solicitor. I really need one now. I can't let them win..

just seem to be going knowhere now i have sent CCA request and SAR to HFC. i jst worried now that im not going to be able to put a good enough case together on my own.

Have you filled-in and sent-off the forms for annulment of the B/O yet?. If not, then this needs to be your top priority.

Remember, it takes time to gather the info to clear-up this mess. Whatever info you request, regardless of who it is from, they will make you wait the maximum number of days before responding. This creates a lot of stress as you can be waiting for up to 28 days before you can proceed.

Keep in contact with the O/R, and make sure to mark each eice of corespondence 'Claim in dispute' as this maens it clear you are fighting this. Do not agree to any payment plan with the O/R. If they decide to take you to court, then you may have all the evidence to clear yourself by then.
