Welcome - I have to say welcome were speedy in their payout.
capital one cc complaint - had a letter today 5 weeks after i sent my first letter recorded delivery informing me they have a further 7 weeks to investigate? unusual i thought it was 8 weeks all in!!
funding corp- sent a letter recorded last week and had a letter this week telling me they acknowledge my complaint and are looking into it, speedy too
HFC - heard nowt
first national- heard nowt
GE money - heard nowt

Took them approx 12 weeks to investigate and one week from me sending them an acceptance of offer slip till i got my cheque.
They did correspond when they got to 8 weeks requesting a further 4 weeks, hope this helps

HFC have sent me an identical questionnaire to the one i completed ans sent with covering letter initially. capital 1 wrote about ten days ago asking for a further 5 weeks. nowt positive as yet!!

LOL, honestly you would think the one you already sent would be sufficient wouldn't you?
Well don't worry, i know its a right pain, but hopefully you will receive a good outcome out of it, and also with Cap one, fingers crossed.;)

Still waiting for capital one, sent questionnaire back to hfc, ge money had no ppi(old loan wasn't sure) and funding corp have written today with an offer of £2786 great includes 8% have sent acceptance back today, so far best company I've dealt with!!! Nowt from first national!!

Was the figures- settlement figure from Welcome what you expected. I am waiting on the breakdown, acceptance form, to see if I am going to accept or not. Well done you!

I think so, they send you a breakdown form, however not your original agreement.
