I only do it the way I do because that's the advice given by work colleagues when I first asked them about cooking chili

I'm not a natural domestic goddess and am often on the phone to my mum asking how to cook this or that
Because I use a ready made jar sauce could I just add the quorn to the sauce and heat for a few minutes? Would that be enough?
Oh and to add....I like to do things quickly with minimal fuss and prep, that's why I buy the jar sauces, I can't be bothered to make from scratch
Quorn mince when fried just seems to absorb the oil - I just add whatever sauce to it and let it simmer for a while so it gets the flavour absorbed - if that makes sense.Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.0 -
Hi
I made a quorn bolognese by adding the quorn to tomato sauce and didn't think it was that nice. Now I fry it with the onions, carrot, garlic and celery. Tastes much better.Sealed Pot Challenge No 089-Finally got a signature.:rotfl::j0 -

I tried the meatballs for the first time the other day. I fried them in a chilli oil ,and they were really quite nice and ready in 16 minutes. I like quorn cos it's quick and I'm greedy.0
