I know the feeling. :( I don't seem to have been off the phone to my grandparents all day, probably because I was ill for a lot of today. Mostly self-inflicted, I must say. I haven't been eating very well lately. I've decided to change that from tomorrow though. I'm getting a big shop in tomorrow and making the effort to cook more. I've got an tree of cooking apples in the back garden which the landlord said to just help myself to because he never uses them. Very MSE, after all. :money: So I expect I'll have apple crumble coming out of my ears before long. :rotfl:

I miss my mum. I could really do with some support at the moment. My dad is like a black hole, my mum is dead and my boyfriend is 200 miles away. I do feel quite alone in coping with what I've got on my plate.

I do feel quite close to the edge at times at the moment. Just try and focus on one day to the next or it freaks me out too much.

It's quite important to cook Kayleigh otherwise you can just get into a downward spiral of not being bothered - sorry, not very upbeat at the mo.

you're right Butti, i used to cook for myself every day but during the time i was redundant, i stopped as i was so low. tonight, for example,. i was planning to do toad in the hole, but ended up with toast at 11pm.

ghost, forgot to say, toss the apple in lemon juice to stop them turning brown.
