    They had about 50 tiles in Scarborough (50 not good miles away), nowhere else. People are scrabbling to get them so may not even be there when I get there. Have no time to go and get them - letting agent here Wednesday lunchtime! Just focused on what I have to do. Have bought three more strips and am going to have to take some off and fit others in. Concentrating on getting the big white tiles on at the mo. It is looking good!

    Have found some grout at the back of the garage so may not have to go out and buy some more - does anyone know if it goes off?

    tried to stick to it but it was hard cause of the food,

    had one tuna sarnie, chilcken that had glaze on it, wraps and pizza, when the hog roast was served i had pork and cucumber did have icecream too.

    this morning i had musli with skimmed milk for breakie and some apple juice, had my shake and a pork roll for dinner, i've just had fish brown rice and salad for tea,

    did dance quite a lot, will i be ok this week? or have i knocked myself out of ketosis?

    I don't know if you have Claire-everyone is different. You could get a ketostick and find out but it wont make any difference. Long as you had a good time!
