I find the problem happens when you overload the washing machine. I like to cram my washing in so have changed to using liquid :D

Waste of time at the bank, had to make an appointment even though when I enquired in July they said I could just pop in. Have to go on Thursday now which will give me time to research the type of account suitable for DS1.

He is also itching to get driving lessons, no need for him to get a car yet at all as travel is very cheap to 6th form with a bus pass.

Goodness knows what insurance for a 17 year old learner would be on either of our cars:eek:

Tenmah, would it be anything to do with how hard or soft your water is? I have noticed on out washing powder box there are instructions on how much to use depending on what type of water you have.

I've given up on my list now......went back to bed for the afternoon and now have a raging sinus headache and toothache (which is good cos it's moving but hurts like nasty things)

Have just ordered DD2 a new bed, thank you Mr T's double points....had enough vouchers to pay for it. New mattress on order too but had to pay for that (but her old one has done 11 years so I think it's served well). She's very excited to be getting a double bed :D

Shop brought pizza for tea (just don't have the energy to cook) and a glass of wine to wash it down.....I like to live on the edge ;)

Much as I love my DS, as long as there is a hole in my bum I will not be forking out a grand to insure him to go pottering about with his mates in our car. It is also a hell of a lot of bus fares and taxis.........he will have to get a job if he wants to drive I am afraid.
