Hi Tigz.....lovely to see you. Don't hear from you much these days (sorry to hijack your diary Sal).YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)

Have had a horrible last week to be honest, have been so down and am so fed up with it.
I have a beautiful daughter
I have a partner that loves me (yes things aren't perfect, but I must remind myself its never going to be because of circumstances)
I am doing a course ive always wanted to do
Im getting on with ex, His relationship with B is soo much better, they both miss each other and are looking forward to the holidays when she is going to stay for 5 days
Im starting a new job which I hope will turn out to be great
I live in a beautiful part of the country (yes its not my ideal but I must remember all those people stuck in places that are awful and look at what I have and be grateful)
I have a school placement which I am loving loving loving
I have great family whom I love dearly
The miserable bit of me needs to pull up her socks and sort it out!I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Im debt free in terms of all those horrid stinky debts I was paying off on DMP but I still have a student loan from back in 95....I doubt I'll ever earn enough money to pay it off so I don't think about it being a debtI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. :oHope you don't mind me saying but have you thought about having a chat with your GP about your hormones and the dips in your moods? You've had to deal with so much in the past year that it's only natural that your body is having trouble keeping up with keeping everything running smoothly. There maybe something out there that can help even you out and stop you having to go through the major low bits each month.
That aside, it's great that B's relationship with your ex is moving on and the course and school placement sound ideal to get you on the path to where you want your career to be!"Start every day off with a smile and get it over with" - W. C. Field.0 -

Yes Pooks I have thought about it, having just moved Dr's I just haven't got around to making an appt. I do need to sort it out, I know its just my bodies way of dealing with things...I always used to get PMT and I just used to get annoyed by ex and stay out of his way because I could have thumped him one but now all I seem to do is cry...think about my mistakes, whether ive done the wrong thing and its miserable (not just for me but for OH too...obviously I haven't told him my doubts about us as it would kill him and actually when im not low its not an issue iyskim)
My problem is that I worry too much, in fact I wish I had worried more in some of the decisions I made and then I wouldn't be here worrying. But one thing I know is that I am a survivor and if things had to change, B and I ended up on our own again we would be ok. We have each other, we would get through and I know that I can do it on my own if I have to. I ultimately just want her to be happy...but that inturn means me being happy.
Its all about adjustment still, finding our feet, forging new relationships and for me learning that I can't always have what I want or do things my way...compromise!I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Sal,
My PMT used to be the same before they found out about my thyroid. It really is worth asking about...I don't get many symptoms at all now.Empty pockets never held anyone back, only empty heads and empty hearts can do that -Peale0 -
I shall make an appt, maybe it is thyroid
Ive missed you my furry Midlands friend...don't stay away so long will youI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....
