    It was unworn - read the thread.
  • it was the former - actually unworn ( having a problem with Ebay`s item condition`s as they dont cover as you say something that is unused but not new - could have been stored for sometime so is not new but is unused )

    )

    The way I see it, if an item is unworn, even if it has been stored away in a cupboard, loft, wherever, it is still new no matter how long it has been there.

    I don't class NEW as in 'only just bought a few days ago'. New is just that, unused, unworn etc.

    What is anyone else's take on the item conditions set by ebay?

    That's what your lead to believe.

    Sounds to me more like a seller listed it as new to get a few more £'s for it and not realising its soiled.
