Quick one: frozen (defrosted) fruit of the forest, or also can of cherry filling ok, crushed meringue nests, all topped with greek yogurt. We love it!

Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).
  • I use it with my breakfast fruit, then a weetabix crumbled over the top

I use greek yogurt instead of soured cream for stroganoff. It gives it a slightly different flavour but nicer imo. It's a great way of using up the pot too

And until you can decide what you want to do with it you can freeze it. I've frozen yoghurt OK but not cream.

I'd taste it but the chances are that if the top's not blown it'll be fine esp as it's unopened! I'd certainly eat it!

Use it as a face mask? Supposed to remove the dead layer of skin and make you feel smoother.

Leave it in the fridge for another month and see whose brave enough to eat it then? LOL
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.

If the lid is intact it should be fine. 2 days is nothing in the great scheme of things! Who knows, the culture may have improved.
