Any ideas for greek yoghurt??

Firstly, you can freeze yoghurt so if you want to just divide the tub into recipe-sized amounts, freeze them, and use when needed.
Yoghurt is used for Chicken Tikka or Tandoori chicken.
Goolash. You add it just before serving.0 -

You can make a sort of ice cream with Greek Yoghurt.
You blend some mixed frozen fruit or frozen banana, Greek yoghurt and icing sugar for sweetness. Then put it in ramikins and put back in the freezer. Take out 20 minutes before serving.0 -
Put a few frozen raspberries (or any frozen fruit/berries) in the bottom of a small dish or ramekin, ad then top with Greek Yoghurt. Sprinkle some brown sugar over the top, then clingfilm and leave in the fridge for an hour or so. When you come to eat it you get a lovely caramelly top, creamy yoghurt and juicy fruit, it's gorgeous, like a cheats creme brulee

Yoghurt for thrush, cranberry juice for cystitis
Apparently sour cream is good for sunburn (spread on the burnt bit, not eaten lol) so I wonder if you could use yoghurt for that too?
I'd still rather eat it though

This rather reminds me of a tale that an ex told me about her pot of natural yog in the fridge that got replaced one time by her flat mates boyfriend who had eaten it after one evening - she did not tell the lad that it was for medicinal purposes only (oh and that she used her fingers straight from the pot to ....)0
