wanttosave stay in your own house, tell the ex that you want to stay on good terms with her, that you are sorry how things turned out between each other, and that you will gladly store a few boxes at your place for another couple of weeks or so :)

You can easily manipulate the truth to create tentative links with enough doubt for a court - even the small claims to be unable to easily procede. If the OP needed to evoke the legal system, the burden of proof would lie with him, not her...

A wench psycho did this to my brother...

Hesne, do not listen to anyone one here (me included) with the exception of the advice: seek proper legal advice...

if the 400 was simply a loan and not for bill payment rent etc, then you should pay her back.

1st of october sounds reasonable, you could offer to keep her stuff for a further week but she would have to collect it when you were there,as the locks would be changed. After that let her know the stuff would be out on the street.

Yeah that sounds the best way to go about it. No point having a row if you can help it. she's probably panicking like hell at the mo too, trying to think of where to live. God knows why she would want to carry on living with her ex anyways, unless she has hopes of a reconciliation (sp??). Oh dear, hopw you get this sorted, mate. :)

i am trying not to go down the road of putting her stuff on the street as i would not like it done to me .
but when she said she was going to go when she was good and ready i thought i would come on here and ask the question .

hmmmmm.does anyone else smell a rat?

ive just found this thread and personally knowing both wanttosave and ex girlfriend would like to say he is not giving you guys the whole story!

having chased miss x for the last year or so to go out with him he pursuaded he to give up her rental accomodation and move into his house, then as usual becuase i know for fact he has not been faithful to a single one of the eight girlfriends he has had since ive known him, got bored and started sleeping with his ex girlfriend behind miss x back. he then decided he didnt want her there anymore so made life so uncomfortable for her she decided to leave.

the thing is miss x is extremely ill, she has lukemia, and is having chemotherapy, she also has other illnesses which she was having to go into hospital in october for, this is one very ill woman.

so after getting his own way and having her move in with him, he proceeded to chuck a very ill woman out on the street and give her 3 weeks to find somewhere else to live(did i mention there was a child involved too?)

i was this mans best friend for a long time but after this could not bear to speak to him again as i cant bring myself to be friends with someone who treats a fellow human so badly.

a month on.....he is now engaged to the ex who he was sleeping with, and good luck to him although he has also been trying it on with 3 other women since he popped the question.........the women of bognor regis are now safe from this serial womaniser and boy are they thankful!:D

remember.....there are 2 sides to every story and because of the people that love and care about this very sweet woman she is now coming to terms with how he treated her and starting to think about the future again:)
