Good to have a list written down as it is so easy to lose sight of your goals.
Good luck with everything you have planned for the future. It's not how far you fall - it's how high you bounce back.... :jHappiness is not a destination - it's a journey0 -
Hi All
Thanks Pols, I wish pay day could come round a bit faster so I could start making payments
Didn't quite get anything done yesterdaybut did work out finances (what little there is:)). Today has been very very productive and I'm shattered.
Yesterday's plans- [STRIKE]sort out how much i need to save and what I can afford to save[/STRIKE]; done but need to save more than I can afford :rotfl:. On happier news, I realised today that my car loan ends in Feb 11 rather than in April :j
- i[STRIKE]ncrease payments to B'card[/STRIKE] - have increased direct debit on hope that those numpties in pay manage to pay my arrears this month
- [STRIKE]start on pile of ironing (too much to do in one day)[/STRIKE] - started yesterday finished today :j
- [STRIKE]sort out house (I think a bomb must have exploded while I was away[/STRIKE] - work in progress
- [STRIKE]move summer clothes into big storage box (it feels like we've skipped autumn)[/STRIKE] done
Spends front - started some Xmas shopping today - only tiny - £1 on 4 cards that you put money in as gifts from Cardland and 99p on eyeshadow set for niece which will be a token gift.
Seeing all the xmas stuff in the shops it put me in the mood for decluttering the kitchen. I have also been meaning to swap some cupboard stuff around so today I washed out my cupboards, binned everything that was out of date or just disgusting and cleaned microwave, fridge and cooker. At least it kept me out of trouble.
I also decluttered my room ( i do not know how i gather up so much carp in my room).
My sister phoned as she's just back from her hols and as I was talking to her on the phone I realised how shabby and tired the hall was looking. I will have to (when I find some more energy & money) give it a lick of paint. It's never endingHowever when I go back to work next week I won't be home until after 6 and as it is getting darker it won't be as noticeable:D
I'm going now to have a cup of coffee and watch the soaps.:jDEBT FREE 27 July 2011:j

Morning all
Awake at 7 again today. I'm supposed to be on my hols and having a long snooze. Well at least it won't be such a shock when I go back to work.
Clearing out kitchen cupboards and moving food into bigger cupboard yesterday has made me realise that I have a lot of stuff to use up before hitting the shops again.
Plans for today -- Go for a run -(it's been a while )
- Clear out cloak room (junk room)
- take nephew to school
- Polish and hoover living room
- Wash walls in bathroom (it's tiny)
I've just seen tins of chocs for £5 in Tescos which I will have to buy at some point but not sure I can resist them until Xmas:D
Weight watchers tmw. Think I'm ok but we shall see:)
Slowly working my way through Memory Girls thread.
Once I finish my coffee I'll be ready to take on the world.:jDEBT FREE 27 July 2011:j

Mmmm so disappointed went for a run yesterday and after 2.5 miles my knee gave up and I had to hobble home:( I hoped I was finally over my injury but obviously not. walking on it today is still a bit sore so will have to rest up.
Anyway on a more positive front I got loads done yesterday and this morning.Morning all- G[STRIKE]o for a run -(it's been a while )[/STRIKE] - capoot at 2.5 miles
- [STRIKE]Clear out cloak room (junk room)[/STRIKE] - it's just another place to keep carp. It's amazing the places I have that store junk
- [STRIKE]take nephew to school[/STRIKE]- he in nursery at the primary school and yesterday I saw his classmates who are all taller than him. He has our genes
- [STRIKE]Polish and hoover living room[/STRIKE] - done
- [STRIKE]Wash walls in bathroom[/STRIKE] - done
While I was on holidays the electric board came and cut down some branches round power lines. I spent this morning dragging the branches to my house and chopping them up for firewood (not much but saves a few pennies).
While I was doing that I walked past the oil tank and thought there was a very strong smell of oil. So had a bit of a dig and there is oil leaking out of a pipe:eek::eek:. Managed to turn the oil off and have my uncle on the job. It just looks like a joint needs tightening but heaven knows how much has leaked away.:eek:
Going to have a bath in a minute and then pick up nephew from school. I wonder what I can mush together for dinner???
3 hrs to WI- yikes.:jDEBT FREE 27 July 2011:j

Quick update, all that decluttering and cutting up branches meant that I lost 1/2lb at WW tonight :j:j
My mini BP disaster has been averted and it doesn't look like too much oil has run away. I now need to get the pipe insulated and covered up again.
Plans for tmw - chop up rest of logs
My uncle has a cooking apple tree in his garden which is covered in apples. I pick the apples every year and freeze them. Unfortunately this year there is a ton of nettles under the tree so I need to go in and strim them all tmw. Not looking forward to it but I hate to see all those apples go to waste.
I have no plans for Friday and that's the way I want to keep it.:jDEBT FREE 27 July 2011:j

Morning all
I didn't sleep very well last night as my BF's neighbour has guinea fowl, ducks, and roosters in his front lawn (I think he's a pretend farmer). Anyhow they must have been disturbed by a fox last night or they were just having an all night party:). I have a splitting headache from lack of sleep but will see how I get on after a coffee.
I managed to make yesterday an NSD:T . My NSD's have been in short supply recently. My official get my life sorted phase of diary starts when I get paid on Tuesday and will be joining the NSD challenge.
Got home yesterday and my Mum told me the TV was capoot. I'm hoping it's only a dodgy ariel but it's not looking good. I thought it was quite a new TV but then I remembered that we have it bolted to the TV table as nephew knocked onto the floor a few times when he was a toddler so that makes it at least 8 years old and we had it a good few years before that. Doesn't time fly?? Any suggestions where I could get a reliable, non fancy dancy TV for next to nowt:).
Not running this morning as both mine and my running buddies knees/legs are playing up. He's waiting for doc's appointment. So it's time to dig Gillian and her shred out again and dust her off . I've been a bit remiss since my hols but I know the shred works. So todays plans -- Shred (it's going to hurt)
- take nephew no1 to football at 9.05
- entertain nephew no2
- pick nephew no1 up from football at 12.
- usual tidy house on sat
- check how little money I have until payday on tues.
- tackle mini pile of ironing (it never ends)

On good news front it looks like TV isn't as sick as I feared and it just needs the arial tweaked. Also on good news front my sis has spare TV that I could use if mine is really sick.:jDEBT FREE 27 July 2011:j

Sunday again. Back to work tomorrow
. I have no idea how many e-mails and queries will be waiting for me but I'm sure it will take me the best part of the day to work through them all. Will have to buy milk for my numerous coffees tmw.
Ok todays plans -- free ebay listing so have a couple of things for that
- will tackle ironing pile
- sort out what to wear and what to take into work tmw
- cut nettles
I'm at BF's house at minute and he started work at 5!!!! . In his house so far I have- cleared ashes from hearth and brought up logs for fire later
- emptied bin in bathroom
- hung up his washing.
but he will be doing a 12 hr shift and will stagger in later knackered and it will be a nice surprise for him. Oh I'm an angel
Dreading getting back into work tmw but will be back into the swing of things in no time. Hopefully will get payslip and can start debt busting again.
Have a lovely lazy sunday everyone.:jDEBT FREE 27 July 2011:j

Morning all
I'm up!!!! Back to work after 3 weeks.
I can't believe how dark it is outside. As I live in the country with no lighting or pavements I will have to switch my runs to lunchtime until after winter.
Need to make lunch and bring all my bits and bobs back into work (coffee, milk, fruit, WW bikkies) the usual things to make the day go a bit smoother. Will have to pop in Mr T to get a big bottle of water as work have removed coolers and the tap they have suggested we use is smelly (I'm not joking). Being an MSE person I buy 1 bottle and just keep filling it up from home.
I'm meeting a friend for a dander at lunchtime but that's the only non work thing I have planned.
Should get payslips today and will find out if I get my arrears (which will go towards savings and debts).
Will let you know if I survive. Good luck everyone.:jDEBT FREE 27 July 2011:j
