    Evening all

Bit late in the day for me but Saturday's just pass by in a blur. Same here.
Managed to get washing and ironing done early this morning. Took to garden with lots of weedkiller. My plan is to see if that makes the weeds a bit more agreeable about getting out of my garden :D They don't, they just come back with a vengeance

Went for another appointment at opticians and I think my eyes just aren't right for contacts as the lens move too much and are uncomfortable. I should be less vain and wear my glasses out.

Managed a comfortable 5 mile run but have been eating like a hoglet all day. Not going to count points as that would be too depressing. The 2 will balance each other out :)

On the spends front - not too bad. Spent 20 quid in Tesco but that was on BF shopping which he will give back to me tmw and other than that I spent 2 quid on pants. That's it.. going to give myself a wee pat on head.:T

Not sure what plans are tmw. Think it will be an NSD day and spending day out and about with lovely BF and that's me. 2 weeks to holiday and I can't wait :D

I'm hoping to have a NSD tomorrow too. Enjoy the rest of the weekend.

    Morning all

I think the weeds just drank the weedkiller and they liked it:D I didn't expect them all to keel over immediately but did expect a bit of ill health about them. Mmmmm will leave it for a few days and see what happens.

Not sure what plan is for today. Hopefully a very lazy Sunday.

    Morning

Another Monday has turned up very rapidly:eek: I think lots of strong coffee is called for:D

Ok have a lot of plans today so need to get cracking -

    Run
Shred (it was a good weekend so need to make up for it)
    Scratchies
    Cut hedge.
Possibly strim grass (i left the strimmer in parts last time so might need putting back together:rotfl:)
    Back to counting points today.

Before all this fun I need to go to work.:)

Also going to spend today working out the envelope system. Most of my bills etc are regular so after my holiday the envelopes will be out and in full swing.

Right away to meet Monday head on.

    Good luck everyone.

    Morning all

Well my plans on Monday went a bit sqee wiff I'm afraid :( Had been feeling a bit poorly on sat night and then sunday not the best (stomach sore) on Monday morning I felt fine but by lunchtime Monday it wasn't good :D. Today is first day that I've felt myself. Stomach still sore but no more vomit & d.

    Monday's Plans
[STRIKE]Run[/STRIKE] - managed it don't ask me how
    Shred - start tmw:)
Scratchies - will get round to it at some point:o
Cut hedge. - plans for Bank hol
Possibly strim grass - plans for Bank hol
Back to counting points today - no need as didn't eat . Though that never means that I lose weight. Points start today.

Anyway feeling more like myself though still a bit wiped. Pay day tmw and only 5 working days until I go on my hols:T

Glad you're feeling better. I hate it when I'm feeling off colour. I get quite bad headaches and can sometimes lose a whole day due to them. A horrible feeling when I'm used to whizzing around getting things done.

I'm missing my runs as I'm on holiday now. I am trying to do loads of physical activities with DD though. Quite a bit of walking on Monday and yesterday we went to this place where there was an obstacle course (loads of tyres to crawl through, rope swings and zip slides), half a mile long - we did it twice!! I kept want to say 'I'm nearly 40 you know!!' Not aching as much as I thought I would though.

    Have a nice day :)

    Hi Poles

Thank you - things still tender but it's getting better. Sorry about your headaches - I'm very lucky that I rarely have headaches but if there is a cold on the horizon I'm guaranteed to get it.:)

I don't have kids so use my nephews. It's certainly true that they keep you young. i've found myself and my Mum (who's nearly 70) going on the slides to keep the youngest company :D . I would love a go at an obstacle course, would probably get stuck in the tyres. your daughter is probably in hiding wondering what you have planned for "her" today.:D

    Have a great break.

    .

Believe me I did! My friend and I want to go to Go Ape. Have you got them over there? Climbing trees and zip slides but for 'grown-ups' :rotfl:

I had a quick google to find out about Go Ape but nope we don't have them overhere yet and I don't think we've anything similar but it looks brilliant :)

Have been a bit neglectful this week on the old diary front but apart from saying 'I feel crap' and 'Not as bad as yesterday' there wasn't very much to report :D

However woke up today with energy and no sore stomach so borrowing cheekily from Poles I have a TADA list

    So achieved today:
Kitchen cleaned and floors washed (even the microwave:))
Living room polished, hoovered and mopped
    Hall hoovered
    Bedrooms tidied
    Horrible ironing pile gone:D
    run done (5 miles)
Tesco shop done (only sneaked a few non essentials in that weren't on my list)
    Hair cut

Now relaxing with medicinal glass of wine.

This month is again light on the debt busting but thats because I've paid to visit my sis in England in Oct and I'm going on hols next Monday and need spends for that. On positive side I'm going on hols with my own cash and not Mr Credit cards :) and I've paid for my trip to England from my own cash. So although debt slowly creeping down it's not going up:T

Anyway not sure what the plans are for tmw but I don't think they will involve spending any money.

    Points - 19 (oops)

    Hi All

thank goodness it's a bank holiday tmw :) as not a lot done today but it was nice and relaxing. Just in from pub where I had a wee wine.

    Today I have;
    • booked and printed off boarding cards :T for my hol on Mon 6th:
    • booked 3 trips online for while I'm in Turkey (very MSE as it costs more in resort:))
    My plans for tmw are:

    • Run;
    • Final last bits of shopping for hols (mosquito spray - those little varmits just love me. I'm their breakfast, lunch and dinner :)).
BF has the day off as well so I'm not sure what we will be doing. It's really sad but I'd like to get things tidied up round my house before my hols but as he has been doing so much overtime it wouldn't be very romantic if I said 'I'd rather weed the garden' than spend the day with him?:)

This week I'm booked in for a holiday 'treat' and I use that term loosely, in the beauty salon for waxing and buffing before my hol (paid for by BF). It could be very painful. Then sunday I have a christening and a party to go to. I know that it will be madness before my hol and wanted this weekend to tidy things up. Musn't grumble.

Hope everyone's weekend has been fun. The 100 day challenge starts on Wed and that's my cue to stomp on, bury and kill my B'card. I like a challenge:)

Sounds like you got loads done. Well done for paying for all those things with cash and not the CC. It's a nice feeling.

I like to make sure my house is tidy before I go away - couldn't bear to come back to a mess.

Good luck with your 100 day challenge. I would love to do that but it just isn't going to happen.
