Cheap iPods:£30 shuffle & £60 Nano at Morrisons

Next door neighbour bought the 4th gen 16GB Nano yesterday at Gravesend , Kent . Blooming thing wouldnt hold its charge so rang Welling , Kent to see if they had any to replace it with as G'end had sold out , they did , she went and got it , got it home and its the 5th Gen Nano with video camera . She is really chuffed she got all that for £60 :j

I work for Morrisons technobar. And can confirm that these offers are on, and some stores still have stock left.

The reduced iPods are:

8GB Touch - £30
16GB - £50
32GB - £100

Black 4GB Shuffle - £20
Coloured Shuffles - between £20 and £32 dependant on colour.

Nano 5th Gen 8GB - £110
Nano 4th Gen 16GB - £60

I myself have sold 3 iPod touches this week, so i do know they're out there

managed to get a 60gb nano from erith this afternoon and 2 2gb shuffles for £29.98. the man at the counter said the pricing didn't seem to make any sense, some much cheaper than others. also managed to get a four binatone phone set for £29. they had lots of cameras at extremely cheap prices.
i got the last nano but they had other shuffles for £29.98.
checked at other East London(ish) stores and they had nothing.

also many digital cameras some reduced from around £100 to £20ish

TomTom and navman sat navs again some reduced by over £100

limited number of laptops reduced to £200ish

yes, not all stores sell ipods, our store certainly does not, i would say that probably all core morrisons probably do, but most of the stores cobnverted from safeway/somerfield probably don`t, best way to gauge whether they sell them or not, is if the store has a techno bar, if it does they probably sell them, if not they probably dont

I hurried down to Morrisons Hillsborough and was told by the young lady at the technobar - sorry we dont sell i-pod products here.
Not - we've run out or our store is not doing that promotion.
Any explanation?
