Child moneysaving board ?

Just wondered if there were any plans to have a child or under 16s moneysaving board? My eldest (10 year old) is very interested in posting on here, I have set her up with her own identity but at the moment there is very little she can post on. I thought it might be nice for all our little moneysavers to have somewhere to post and possibly chat?

Hi I'm Cloe's mum and I think it would be great if there was a junior board and we could restrict them to reading/posting only on junior threads.

I don't let DD on here without me being present as I know that some of the content can be a bit 'old'.

    Anyway suggested threads:
    1. Pocket money
    2. Bank and saving accounts
    3. Homework
    4. What they would really like for Xmas and Birthdays!!
    5. Working - what they are allowed to do/earn.
    6. Coping with peer pressure and bullying
    7. How do you? to cover techie items etc.

Brill suggestions :T especially number 4 so I can just look here instead of quizzing her :D (although she may get ideas for things she hadn't thought of that isn't in my price range )

Sounds like a good idea. Once when my daughter was about 8yo she posted on an organizing website that I belonged to. She was at my mil's so I didn't know she'd done it until I read my posts!

I think this is is a great idea! Partly-O.K.,mostly- because then I won't have mum nosing about and finding out about what I'm getting her for Christmas all the time(well, she said she wanted surprises!). :rotfl:
