With the availability of Freeview / Freeview HD and hard disk TV recorders, do most of us really need Sky anyway? There's too much on Freeview already, if you know where to find it...

I find Filmeup fantastic for identifying the best films on UK TV channels. The site provides Rotten Tomatoes film critic/audience ratings and movie trailers for all the films that are on over the week ahead, plus (my favourite!) a week summary of the best rated films. Totally fabulous and also notably good for finding films for the kids to keep them sweet!

The site is still under development and still has several features to come, notably the filtering of channels (so I don't have to see Sky channels!), but it's already a Godsend for film lovers happy to make best use the channels they already have, whether just Freeview or otherwise. Enjoy!!

The CEO of sky mate, im going to be emailing him aswell for a few issues i had see my other thread

Normally if you email him someone on his behalf from the service excellance team will either call or email you a deal or try to sort out your problem

Done it - hope that he responds - unlike EE's (Tmobile/Orange) CEO who doesn't even acknowledge the existence of mere mortals !!
