I've got a diesel C8. I've had an Espace and a Galaxy previously, and the Citroen is by far the roomiest of them all. I love it.0

I drove the C4 2.0 litre diesel with the semi automatic gearbox and it was dire. It was also a nightmare getting my musical instruments in & out. Yet it was widely praised by different websites and What Car.
I had a Renault Grand Scenic and it was ok - did 85k miles in it but servicing was a pain.
In March I bought a VW Touran, the Bluemotion Match and have done 10k miles in it already, averaged 53mpg and it has not had a squeak, rattle or hint of a problem. We can get 5 people plus DD's cello, music stands, school bags etc or 4 people and the double bass plus assorted clutter. I know that the Touran has had its problems, but I'm delighted with mine.0 -
I suppose the problem is you will always get a bad one, its trying to find the best one for us :cool:Visit beautiful Mid Wales:j0

Transit van with a couple of sofas in the back! 500 notes at our local auction.....
Seriously, Grand Voyagers are great and reasonably cheap but are very thirsty on fuel. Be very careful about cars that have been converted to seven seats like the Zafira. they have ZERO crumple zone in the event of an accident in the rear so I would always recommend a larger vehicle that has been designed originally as a seven seater - the Q7 is great, if pricey, but I simply loved mine! We have a Merc E300 7 seater estate. It was bought six years ago just 3 years old. Just passed the MOT last week, straight through as it has every year since we bought it. Total expenditure including servicing and tyres over the period is no more than £1500.
My DW is a childminder and she needed a 7 seater. Previously we had a Citroen Synergie (Peugeot 806) and it was like driving a van.Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.

Here is the perfect answer. Low RFL, economical, easy to park. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/37189150#Comment_371891500

I love my sedona. I had an injector go on mine, local garage charged me £50 quid to fix it. I've had it 4 years and thats the only thing (knock on wood) that has gone wrong! I love it. We have transported our Mastiffs in it, and also several Strongmen (big fella's on average!) and they even fitted in the back, as they are full sized seats.0
