Thanks all. Boys are having their pre op appointment tomorrow then they will be booked in sometime next week I should think. DH is not keen but to be honest I think it is about time. They are spending a lot more time outside perhaps looking for girls. They are just over 9 months now.

Went to the gym yesterday (two days in a row) feel really sore this morning but Bodypump was good. My neighbour is back today from Cornwall so will have my gym buddy back.

Still doing ok on the diet, 2 biscuits and some wine gums that was all. Found some Danish sweets (more like pastels) they are 2cal a go so that is not bad. Eating fresh green beans from the garden gosh they are lovely. Test will come when I am back on the road again and eating out.

Slow working from home getting a bit into Farmville quite sad I know.
