            Any news on Jack ??0

Sadly no news on Jack most of the people who live in our close and the ones behind us know of him and all say they have not seen him since earier in the week. He is just vanished. I am gutted, we have put posters up and phoned around not nothing. Thinking of paying Pet UK search for posters and fliers to put out they than have a freephone number people can call on. I really dont know what has happened can only think its one of these:
Last saw him around 7pm Tuesday evening so he has got run over and dragged himself into a bush that evening or early morning in the dark so one one has seen it and the Council will not find the body eiter.
Lately he has been a bit more outside and distant at home even had a nasty fight with his brother so maybe he has found another home and as he has no collar they might not know.
Sad sad really wish I knew what had happened.
Trip to London was good dispite missing Jack. We will Rock you was fab really worth seeing but do try and get 1/2 price tickets like I did £65 per head is a lot otherwise. Spent quite a bit but found a Weatherspoon to have dinner in so that helped. Golfshow was good to paid £1 for a lesson that fiixed by problem with my fairway woods and £10 on 5 pairs of gloves. Cheap indeed.
Need to be in Exmouth tomorrow at 9.30am and still have some prep to before Strictly so need to get off here.Save £12k in 25 No 49

            Hi tallgirl
I hope you find Jack soon. Some years ago my beautiful puddy cat went missing for over a week, she was found at the top of a tree covered in sap! Other than being a bit skinny she was ok, lets hope its a similar story with Jack.
Hope your MIL is getting better, yes you were right my Mum struggled mentally whilst in hospital.
Hows the other puddy cat getting on without his mate?

Thanks TPA ist nice to know they do sometimes turn up. We have claimed on the insurance and are getting some posters and flier made by Animal Search UK. Its so hard still cannot do much in the evenings as its so dark and no ones has seen him. Thomas seems to be coping well, he is extra friendly and he was on the bed last night when I heard the flap go. Straightaway it closed again so I ran downstairs but I dont think it was Jack.
Miss him so much really hope he is just hanging out somewhere he is quite an ourdoor cat really.
DH birthday tonight, cooking roast dinner for him and FIL getting an update from the hospital too. Lets hope its good news how he is going to cope when she does come again I dont know.
Really tired and another 7am start tomorrow.
Take care all and thanks for the nice posts.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Has anyone gone on holiday since tuesday ? Could he be locked in somewhere whilst they are away ? Might be worth letting his breeder know, she could then maybe put it on some of the yahoo groups for people to keep a look out. If she isn't a member, let me know and I will post it if you like.0

Been thinking about you all afternoon.
Have some practical ideas........Ignore me if you have already thought of them all but need to thick I am helping:o
- Put a poster in your car windows, you never know who might see it.
 - Ring all the local vets.
 - Put notices through all neighbours doors asking them to check garages and shed.
 - Posters up in local shope, dentists, doctors etc.....
 - Ring the local council.....not a nice job but if he has been knocked over (god forbid).

Thanks Vandafc and TPA I have not told the breeder feel bad that we have lost him because we let him be an outdoor cat. What info do you need to post on yahoo if you don't mind doing it.
Ordered the posters with the free phone number on it when they arrive tomorrow I can put them up all the places you suggest. It will be a week tonight since we saw him last.

A brief description of Jack, area lost in and contact details should be all that I need.
Is he micro chipped ? If so, have you checked with the register ? How about all the local vets and maybe slightly further a field in case anyone has taken him into one ?
I think you need to let his breeder know even if she will be unhappy with you, she can put the word out among the MC clubs.0 -
Sorry I have not been around for a while really not been well. Jack is still missing but we now have the posters from Animal Search UK and I think they are really good. There are 20 posters which we have put up 1/2 other 1.2 to do tonight. The flyers we have 200 to put through letter boxes and hopefully the shops etc will let us put some up too. By the way we live in Fareham/Porchester Hampshire so anywhere
I have done everthing I can think of then. I will email the breeder now and send her a copy of the posters but VandaFC if you can think of anywhere else on the internet to post please let me know as I have not really done that.
We are not going to the cat show tomorrow cannot bear to even think about other cats right now.
