QUite pleased with that actually not bad in particular not having a drink since Saturday feel really good too and haven't missed it. I am going to have a glass tonight or a beer see how it feels.
OK Here we are what have I achieved then.- Try not to drink anything this week until Friday where I shall allow myself 2 glasses of wine. - still not touched anything
- Make at least 1 BodyPump Class at the Gym (Thurs) - did Tuesday but not been since have chased personal trainer though
- Do at least 1 45 min session during the week will go tonight if not golfing
- Play 1 round of golf - play to play Saturday
- No biscuits - I have had 1 large one
- No pudding - done
- No cakes- yep.
Off to do a MS now in my gym clothes as had plan to do a class this morning which I never made. Better change as I don't think I look right like this for the MS.
Also need to buy a voucher for my friends daughters 18th birthday tomorrow.
Going to an outdoor play Sunday then driving to a conference so not much of a weekend.
Next Sunday I shall be travelling as well so plan to take a day off leiu next month to go and watch the Wales Open with DH.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Hi TG, sounds like you both had a fab hol, so pleased for you, you deserve it!
Hope you don't mind me making a suggestion but... you say you feel like you have lost your way a bit? Have you thought about re-reading your original MFW diary to see what inspiration it brings and how it makes you feel?
The reason I suggest that is that you and FB were the people I followed when I originally found MSE and I followed your daily updates religiously and was always amazed and inspired by all the things you were doing to meet your goals. Perhaps re-reading it will relight your fire if you know what I mean? I know when I've read old bits of mine it's also reminded me of some of the things I'd planned to do and not got round to it so it gives me a bit of a nudge
Hope you are well?
Regards

Thank you very much abouttimetoo its very nice of you to post on my diary and i do remember the days of the MFi3 I used to be so positive and focussedo n my goals but since then things have slipped a lot. Got a lot on my mind at the moment with work have had to travel the last to Sunday and spent only 1 night at home last week so asked for a day off in lieu. Boss got quite shirty about it which annoyed me and I feel I am so fed up with my new larger area. Heyho.
Friday I got home after a long long week on the road (it was good too as I stayed with my friends dad so not all hotels) but still 1000 miles in 4 days is a lot in particular as I spent 8 hours in the car Wednesday travelling 400 miles.
Anyway this is not going to be a positive post either as I found out my gym is closing down. I have been a member 4 years and love it, ok I don't go all the time but at least once a week when I am here. Its not making any money so FitnessFirst is closing it end of June. There is a local authority gym in town which I used to belong to but although its only 2 miles away the traffic on that road is hopeless most of the time. It can take 30 min to get there and you had to prebook all the classes. THe other gym is right in the city centre so traffic just as bad and you have to pay to park so 1 hour would cost £2 or so. FitnessFirst was 600 yards away just perfect. Its leased premises so unless the landlord (a caravan park) leases it to someone else that's it really. I did go and see the personal trainer about this 21 min to go and we start on Thursday. I have asked him if we can carry on once the gym is closed somewhere else maybe even outdoors. He will look into that. He is really nice and as its £25 for 3 sessions I could have 4 in a month for the same money as the gym. Might work I do know that I cannot stop going as I will put on weight and back back will give in.
Other bad news our EON energ deal is coming to an end so looked to switch. Cheapest deal I could get is £300 more per annum. Great that is. Its not until 1st July it ends so may look again next week eventhough Martin says its time to switch. Will get £30 penalty if I change before anyway. We are also £225 in credit so will ask for that back. Do you just call and ask or it? I shall also see if they will do me a better deal as no one else seems to be able to.
Not done any more Ebay DH is fed up with posting things so will leave it for a while. Postage is so expensive it hardly feels worthwhile if you only make £1.
Need to pack my car tonight as I am off to Oxford tomorrow. Will leave about 7am but at least I did not have to leave tonight.
Sorry if it all sounds rubbish I think I shall post on main daily thread for a while might make me focus more.

Sorted out my gym problem short term anyway bought 12 Bootcamp sessions for £24 (usual price £72) via Groupon. They run 4 evening classes a week really really local to me so as long as I do 2 a week I have fullfilled the conditions attached. Also heard talk that a local company is taking over the gym and opening soon. Happy Day really dont want to loose what I have achieved fitnesswise in the last 4 weeks.
Been away a lot and will be away all week next week but it means after Friday I only need one more stay in the Premier Inn to qualify for my 3rd free weekend stay. Again happy days planning to go to the National Cat show at the NEC and the Golf Show at Earls Court so those stays will come in handy.
Been at the Maine Coon Cat Club show today met our breeder she had two kittens with her. So sweet but also some big ones so we are now wondering how large ours are going to be. Long was but well worth it as diesel was free (company car) entrance 2 x £1.50 programme £3 and lunch £5. Cheap day out.
Might try to make Zumba in the morning then play golf hoping for this nice weather they have promised.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Thanks IP.man I wonder if the username is a clue that we are in the same type of business. Been up to HQ yesterday strategy meeting basically my area is down and its dragging the team target away from where it should be. I do care about it I just feel a bit stuck on how to sort it out. So much to do and so little time anyway onwards and upwards.
A bit fed up with purple second night in a Premier Inn but something comforting about it. Really tired tonight have driven 400 miles today had 3 meeting last one ended at 7pm so have chilled out this evening and is now ready for sleep.
Meeting tomorrow does not start until 11am so will have a lie in and time to write my sisters birthday card and go to the post office with it. Anyway time to watch the last bit of Gordons USE nightmare and sleep.Save £12k in 25 No 49

Quick update on the gym saga it got taken over at the 11th hour and will now be open 24/7 unmanned. It means no classes but very cheap they recon cheapest will be £17 a month. The guy I was working out with is coming to my house on Tuesday to do 30 minutes work out I do hope to start bootcamp tomorrow but not heard back eventhough I left a message on Saturday morning. Guess they have had a lot as it always is with Groupon.
Played golf badly today but it was lovely and hot. Only away 2 nights this week and both are with workmates so will have company so thats now. A lot of driving but not as much as this week I did 1000 miles.Save £12k in 25 No 49

16p earned from doing the Tesco checker well every little help.
Went for a run this evening managed about 4 min then had to walk. I dont really do running looks silly as I have flat feet but needs must.
Working out with personal trainer tomorrow hopefully there will be enough space here. Still not heard from the Bootcamp bit disapointed as I would hope to start soon but my back hurts so maybe it's just as well.
Won a junior golf set on eBay picked it up today and it's great will be enough for my nephew in Denmark and we can keep some here too.
Hope everyone is doing well. quick wave to smlsave hope all is well.Save £12k in 25 No 49
