I've just had brown rice mushrooms and chicken all mixed together, it was lovely and very filling dh said this week he will eat the same as me cause he wants to lose weight, so i did him a bigger portion and he put honey and mustard dressing on it added tomatoes and 4 peices of bread and butter lol

I am *cooking* a jacket potato....my favourite way of cooking, pop it in the oven and leave it there! Not sure what, if anything, I'll put on it.....Still feel pretty !!!!!! and not eating a lot....stupid stomach
