    Hi everyone!! :hello:

Happy Monday! It’s a lovely day here, really nice and sunny and warm. Hope it keeps up until this evening – I have my first bit of gardening to do!! Yay! Think I’ve got my mojo back when it comes to what I’m eating and my exercise! :j

(pssst Luc – I’m back at the “other place”)

Mum went back home today which made me a bit sad this morning :( but we did have a lovely weekend so I can’t be too greedy and want to keep her all the time. We had a fab day yesterday, we went to a BBQ at one of our friends houses and I was given some of their amazing homegrown tomatoes. WOW!! I think they can singlehandedly take credit for giving me back my healthy eating mojo…I mean how can you eat cr*p during the summer when there is such an abundance of gorgeous, natural food.

I will go back now and read the thread from the beginning and find out what you’ve all been up to. Hope all’s well.

    Love to everybody :A

    Jo :)

I'm allergic to sitting down for too long. I've found as long as I don't tip my head to the right then I don't go dizzy.....easier said than done.
