    Am getting rather annoyed at nothing staying down.....in fact I'm downright !!!!ed off!

    Buffy, I've managed to keep apples down, so I've been nomming them everyday, and weirdly, I kept down rice cakes with egg mayo....but it seems anything after a certain time just sends my guts bonkers....

    Would you believe I just got my half-designed cross-stitch out (for Christmas-some-decade for MIL & FIL)? I was considering whether I could draw the bits for the sampler smaller to make it quicker to sew :D

    As we don't have a TV I've not seen it. I went to Lockerbie many years ago (with an ex who wanted to see the memorial). Very peaceful.
