  • Hello - I've sneaked an afternoon off from the day job and have 3.5 hours before I do the Daycamp taxi run for DS & friends.

So, making a list of things that must be done, and back to back HHCs - anyone joining me for the first at 1pm?

    right list, pen, coffee?

    Moam

2nd Oct grateful, so 7 weeks on Sat.

What I didn't say above was that they managed to find me an appointment for next wed, so that's good. I shouldn't complain, as it could be much worse!

    Afternoon

I've done the bathroom/toilet today. A load of washing done and already dry and put away. Got the front grass cut and swept up. I did the back yesterday.

    Hope everyone's OK.

Well, another house move done - bought a house a few weeks ago, hence the lag of FLYing - I will do much better (once we get internet installed in the new dig!)

juliejim - thanks for the bra package, it arrived this morning.

I'd better have some lunch and then think about going to meet my dad off the train! They were 30 mins late when set off but now only scheduled to be 7 mins late. Then they have to cross London which will take a while but I should still be ready!

    Afternoon all,

Well I had the best laid plans to do more of the kitchen yesterday, but laziness and 2 good films prevented me from doing any more. So, will do some today now that I've done all of the bits and pieces I needed to in town. I finally got some tarragon vinegar in Oil and Vinegar today, so I'll be able to make the recipe from my M&S Salad book that I was given for my birthday.

I've got a dental check-up tomorrow, and fingers crossed, LadyL, Froddy and I (and anyone else who would like to join us) will be meeting up afterwards (just waiting to hear if LadyL will be up to it as she said she'll let me know later).

Well I'm off to grab some lunch and watch neighbours, and then will off to clean the kitchen and have a general hoover around.

toots my Nana has problems with the wounds on her leg leaking at night, and her nurse has got her some of those babychange sheet things so that she can protect her bed. Would these help you?

LameWolf and everyone else who has asked about my back it has all healed now (powerful Greek antiseptic cream) thank you, and Moon has cleared up quite a bit of the garage. He says he hasn't finished yet, but will do some more tomorrow on his day off.

    Well I'm off to flutter.

Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

fridge checked & few bits chucked
on the turn courgettes & aubergines now becoming ratatouille (smells quite good...)
    WM x 1
several bags unpacked & things in rehomed
nasty niff located & dealt with

right time for a cuppa, then more to go
