Tonight I've put away the washing up, tidied the hall, done surveys (offered 3 accepted to complete 1), just updating my mp3 player then going to get my things sorted ready for tomorrow. Not a lot I know but little by little...

:j:j:j:j well done!! as they're fond of saying here, your house didn't get messy in a day, so it'll take more than a day to sort it. Small steps and all that.. you're heading in the right direction :D

On my return from Bletchley Park (I'm kn... very tired) I've cleared some stuff in the bedroom to enable the window fitters to come and replace the fittings at the top. Took 2 minutes.:D

Yes, there's something in this flying stuff.

Just a quick post (and I think 1st of the week so big thanks to the krew)

Have been quietly fluttering around working (printing lists off there!), and the usual household/children stuff.

Hope everyone all ok - I really cant remember who's doing what by the time I get home and then when the system crashes (tried to send this message at 5pm!) and you then have chance to get back on the computer at 1020 theres no hope.

Hopefully will have a bit more normal week after this one as will be minus the french students that have been here since we got back from hols.

Well finances to finish so TTFN

Froddington sorry I got the wrong day such isn't eagerness to join you. I can't even blame it on the pain numbing wine!

DS1&2 and I watched the meteor shower first on the front drive (we startled the neighbours daughter's boyfriend lying on the drive in front of his car) then the back garden until the cold wet grass took it's toll. We saw 7 but it didn't do this backache any good (and nor did the pain numbing wine).

I've been invited out to lunch tomorrow so will tackle the list until 11.30 tomorrow. Feel free to throw mules if I'm not HHCing by 9am.
  • oh dear not much done today. Classic attack of CBA when I saw the state (thanks to OH and kids)of the bathrooms, lounge and kitchen this morning.
Spent a lot of the day running round after everyone else. 90mile round trip to take shirts and present to DS1 that he forgot when he went to work this morning (GF's 18 birthday), tablets to pick up from vet for loveable mut, dd taken into town to meet up with mates, dd driving practice, got stuck in huge traffic jam so missed weigh in this evening.
    Did manage
    wm x3
    td x3
general clearup of lounge, bathrooms, kitchen
    watered hanging baskets
    watered greenhouse
had to clean hob after soup splattered everywhere (i got distracted waiting to bid on an ebay item)

Looks like tomorrow is going to be very busy here. Fridays motto will be ... FLY CABBAGE FLY:T

    Morning all

Dry here at the moment so cat blankets on the line but the forcast is for more heavy rain.

Feeding my neighbours cats for a week from today and may be looking after a family around the corners chickens the following week. I've never done chickens before but DS3 is keen on this idea and we would keep the week's eggs.

    Flying plan:
    ironing
    [STRIKE]s&s bathrooms[/STRIKE]
    dust downstairs
    clean downstairs windows - DS2

    Rest of the day
    phone all - diving
[STRIKE]friend's house for coffee and autumn plan[/STRIKE]
    [STRIKE]check bank accounts online[/STRIKE]
    HHP - tax
    [STRIKE]DS2 orthodentist[/STRIKE]
pick blackberries on way home if not raining - it rained
weekend meal plan and shoppping list

Hope you are all well and happy today, see you later.
