Will see how we go today, DP planning on a change around in the living room tomorrow so not going to be to fussy about that. Might give the kids rooms a once over since they were done on Monday and still fairly tidy.

    Morning all,

glad to have you properly back Toots, welcome home AnWs and  to Jojo as she goes flying by.

Hugs to Hellyboo, what cyclingyorkie said. Sounds like you are making good inroads Sexy, hope your back heals soon and you and Moon are reconciled.

Bra-less comments made me laugh Kezlou:rotfl:, hope your test goes well and you get the best result. Glad you seem on top form Pigpen, knew you would have been organising your visitors:D.

The wishing well sounds great Valli, well done for cracking on.

Chuckles at all furry related antics from all you animal lovers and shudders at thought of maggots

We had a lovely day out with friends yesterday, went to the designer outlet and got new school shoes for the boys, very :money:and stress-free and the saving paid for an outing to the York Maze which was great fun. Came home to Aldi wine, to CarolineJane and tea prepared by DH.

Today I have to clear up the bomb-site that was left of my house when I got back, how did that happen?:o

I want to get the house up to a tidy enough level for a cleaner to come in (hopefully that made you smile, it tickles me even though its true!).

I absolutely know what you mean! I have a friend whose cleaner comes on a Wednesday, and she's always late when we meet for coffee that day as she has to tidy up before the cleaner comes!

Anyway, I mended the laptop all by myself (yay me) but it's taken all morning so far - along with washing/dressing/feeding the kids - so am behind. OH left for work without waking me this morning (makes a change) so he knows he's in the dog house. Thinking about it, I think he was just looking to pick a fight, as the only thing he could think of when I asked what was wrong with the state of the house was that I hadn't mopped the living room floor (laminate) which was done the day before. I told him it doesn't need doing every day and his smart arsed reply was that was where our standards differed :wall:

Sorry for the rant :/ I'll get on with it now lol
