Went away with OH for the weekend so this is crossed off my list. :j
We were in the car for 14 hours in total so i was hoping to read wuthing heights to complete another but didn't manage to get a copy. So read the first two Harry potter books! Sadly they are both TINY compared to the next 5 i have to read but it is a start! I think it may be a while before i am able to cross off 'Read all of the Harry Potter books'!
Found a geocache while in wales so that is a bit more of a progression
So i am getting there
Liking the idea of the Dalai Lama book - may add it on mineOrange Fairy

Woohoo, I've completed two of my 101 things this weekend!
After a week of ripping stuff out, building shelves and wine rack, changing the way the door hangs and moving the light switch, the utility room is finally finished! I can't believe the second smallest room in the house took a whole week to re-build, but it looks great and I now have a walk in pantry to store all my home-made preserves and all the bulk bought food - very DFW! Number (90) "De-clutter the hall and utility room" is now complete. :T
Today I went over to DD's house and painted the dolls' house roof so I have also ticked off (39) "Finish building the doll's house exterior". To be truthful, Jo and I have decided to put some "moss" on the roof at some point, but I regard that as finishing touches rather than the actual construction so I think we can safely mark that as done. :j
I'm feeling more motivated now that two more are done - just another 89 to go.
It's good to hear that others of you are making progress too. I hope we can encourage more to join our happy band.Making magic with fabricLight travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.0 -

Must say I'm loving the Dali Lama. Really interesting and seeing how it would be really easy to apply the ideas to my life to make it happier... I definately recomend x
Going to read another few pages tonight... It's a book I enjoy when I read it but don't always feel like picking it up.
I'm going to copy Littlekel and print off a wee list to put in my handbag/diary too. Don't wanna go forgetting any!

Hi all,
Do you have room for a latecomer? I started my dayzero list a couple of weeks ago and although I haven't added all 101 goals yet - I definitely like how it's pushing me to achieve! :j

Cheers!NSDs: 4/50 -
phillipsdj -Welcome to the challenge. I was only saying the other day that it would be great to encourage a few more people to join us! I started my list on 1st January and most of the others started in August so we're all at different stages.
If you look at other lists, not everyone has their full 101 tasks sorted out yet. It actually took me six weeks to decide mine on paper before going onto the Day Zero website!
As many of you know, I'm a bit of a list freak at the best of times. Every month I make myself a "monthly goals" list under the heading of work, house, garden etc etc etc. I have decided to add two more categories covering my 101 list - "Finish one thing" and "Start three more things"
I'm hoping that will make me concentrate my efforts a little more!Making magic with fabricLight travels faster than sound. This is why some people appear bright until you hear them speak.0
