I have been a member of CLIX RESEARCH for about 1 month now and I am already on to my second item to test for them. Over the weekend I finished a test for a tube of eye cream and then on Monday I was offered some Cream Cleanser to test for 2 weeks and it arrived this morning. :j0

Hi all, Just wondering if anyone else is having the same problem with Clixresearch as I am. About a week ago I logged on to complete a questionnaire and noticed that all but one of my trials had been deleted from my trials section, including ones that I was taking part in. This has resulted in me not being able to complete a trial as I have been unable to select it and go to the questionnaire section. I have contacted them three times now and have yet to hear anything, apart from their automated emails with regards to this trial.
Just wondered if this had happened to anyone else and what happened? Thanks0 -
I know the last post wasn't recent, but I didn't want to start a new thread when I could use this one ... !!
I had the same trouble as the previous poster but since Christmas, it keeps logging me out, saying my session has expired and I need to log in again.
I can log in, but the next click I do, it takes me back to the Welcome Page, saying the session has expired and I need to log in again ... I am so frustrated.
I have written to them twice now and not had any reply ... I don't know what to do next ... !!!
My record is "excellent" so I can see that bombing, all thanks to them gggrrrrrrrr ...
They set up a new site a little while ago but as it said that, in time, people would be transferred over to it automatically, I didn't write the address down ... could someone please let me have it? Maybe I can sign into that easier and access my trials from there ... this is just a pain and they don't seem to have either acknowledged the problem or done anything to rectify it ...
Please help ... !!!!0 -

I have been having this exact problem, I have found tho that generally if I hit the back button after it logs me out it will then work, sometimes I have to do this a couple of times but it saves re-entering your login everytime.
Btw is there any option to change login/password to something more memorable?"If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all" - quote from Bambi's mum0 -

Thanks for the tip, will try it and see ... !!
As for changing the password ... there might be something under Profile .... I haven't had a look but will do if I can ever get onto the site properly ... !!0 -
Back again, just managed to get on there ...
If you click on the Home tab, then My Personal Details which is a heading underneath there, you can see all your details.
Close to the bottom, it says Password and Confirm Password but it doesn't give an option to change the password, so I think we might be saddled with the password they gave us when we signed up.0 -
I'm new to Clix Research and I've been invited to two trials today. However I scrolled down to the T&Cs and it says:
5.2 - You will only have to pay for the cost of submitting your information on the ClixResearch website.
Does that mean you have actually pay a fee for submitting your information? Or is it a roundabout way of saying it's free all you have to pay for is your internet access?
Thanks for your help!0 -

The second option.
I've had quite a few trials in the last year and have just registered for the blusher one. It's definitely worth it.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0
