Was offered my 2nd trial last Friday (in 3 years) for face cream , and first questionair is due today , but I have not yet recieved the product . Any idea what I should do .

Access the questionnaire, go through the pages by clicking next, but don't answwer the questions. Confirm you've completed the questionnaire on the final screen. I think at that point you get a screen saying you haven't answered all the questions and you can enter comments as to why. Just indicate you haven't received the product.

If you don't fill in the questionnaire at all, they'll just keep reminding you and it will affect your punctuality ratings, and you'll not get as many trials - if that's possible with only two in three years!

For those who have never been offered trials, make sure you complete the training section - it's very easy to miss, but they're unlikely to send any invitations if you don't complete this.

Go to the tabs at the top of the page and click Information. It's the second one along.
  • wow, didn't know thay about the training thing! hope i get something now, even if its ages away.

  • Hi yes I've been offered to do the face cream trial. (left it too long though cus its now closed) One question though - I read the terms and conditions and it said a fee would be charged for submission of the questionnaires?

    Hi

Anyone else doing the face cream trial?

I've just received mine today, I can usually work out where my trials come from but I'm not so sure about this one. It smells a bit like Lush.

Edit - actually the muslin cloth looks identical to a Neals Yard one...

I only became a member of the above testing site last Tuesday. When I opened my emails on Wednesday there was a email from them with an invite to test some EYE CONTOUR CREAM, the trial lasts for 4 weeks and the cream arrived by postie this morning 29/10/11. After you have used the product for the first time you are told that there will be a online questionire for you to fill in then I think after that you fill in another questionire only once a week for the remaining 4 weeks. I know that it sounds long winded but a test is a test.:T
  • Hi Charlotte

I am doing the same one....... defo think it is Neal's Yard as I can smell the frankinsence and the code is NY that gives it away. I am a big fan of Neal's Yard, Aveda and Naked Bodycare. We must keep in touch to work out the codes ;)
