You might want to find the telephone number for Tescos @ Gallows Corner, Romford.

Having spoken to them today they are expecting delivery some time tomorrow. They said to phone back in the morning.

If you find out when let us know..

Awesome, I'm at work right now, literally two minutes round the corner from there. Think I may have to pop in on the way home and investigate

There seems to be nothing in Central London, am I the only one who believes that this "second wave" of new Wii consoles will either something miniscule like 1000 units or just not exist.

Re the Wii, all sales staff at Virgin, Game etc have been reprogrammed with only 1 word, "dunno" (In reply to "when are you expecting the next Wii shipment").

At a rough estimate I'd say that only 25% of demand has been satisfied!

The places like Tesco or Asda are simply cannot be reached by me cos they are usually in Retail Parks or Out of Town and I can't get there cos I don't have a car! Maybe I am not in the target demographic since I can't camp out all night or queue all day! My local Tesco is a Metro .......

Weirdly enough I think Sony have been lucky in their delay for the PS3 unit launch, that Nintendo chap Rob Lowe is far too smug for my liking yet amazingly not too many people are blaming Nintendo for shortages ..... if the PS3 launch is as chaotic then Sony would have learnt nothing ........ then that is a different market, £400 for a console is a different price point completely!

Anyway I am on the look out for one, keep my fingers crossed ...... sorry for my naughtiness I am losing patience after nearly a week of Wii looking!

It is amazing the heartache felt at not getting this console, every hour I refresh the Amazon Wii page ........ :rotfl:

Just as the CS lady bought mine over, a chap waiting in the queue came over and asked if there was any more. Turns out he just saw the post on here too and had got here as quick as he could. Didn't get your name mate but nice talking to you whilst we waited!

The happy ending - they had one for him, too, but there's none left now.

AAAAAAAAAAAGGGGHHHHH - Ive been out all day trying to chase a Wii in East London, NO1 has any, just like someone else has said, they dont know when they will be getting any, and if they do is strictly preorder!

According to a person in Asda I spoke to, Fletham and Houndslow are the only Asda branches in London that will be recieveing anymore Wii's so Im out of luck...
