Thanks, have you tried taking it up with any other Game stores? If you kick off enough they might be able to help.

BoltonMinx, I've tried virtually every shop in Bolton three different days now (since the 7th) and there is none available. I spoke to a Manager at Game and she reckons the earliest will be New Year. She said to phone BOTH Game shops from Monday onwards and they will put your name on the pre-order list. She did say there might be a possibility that some may be available just after Xmas but wouldn't guarantee it. I'm hoping there will be a sudden influx of Wii's next week but it's unlikely to happen.

I'm not sure if it's the same in the UK but I read a forum in the US that one store is waiting until the 17th to release loads (50+ per shop) so there is enough in the run up the christmas.

Hopefully UK retailers have something similar planned.

Try Asda Head Office, they couldn't tell me how many but they told me exactly which store and when they we're getting a delivery.

Right,just spoke to Asda head office and this is what they are saying:


There will be NO more consoles going out to the stores (Presumably she meant BEFORE xmas),1300 went out on launch day and 1700 went out yesterday to stores ALL OF WHICH SHE SAID HAVE NOW BEEN SOLD!!!
Nintendo won't let them have any more consoles so looks like Asda is out the question for people wanting one before xmas!
