This house
Has the most info I've ever seen on a rental, which is what set me thinking it'd be nice to have that for all the houses!
Unfortunately it's still expensive and I don't know what happened to the garden with the tarmac :rotfl:
This suggests that they have tried to sell but now decided to rent out:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
This one has lots of details, floorplans etc. All Foxtons properties have the same stuff uploaded to rightmove though, for £1m+ properties to tiddlers.

Most sets of details on the web for lettings are shocking though. A wobbly outside shot of the house taken with a mobile phone camera and uploaded!0 -
Well you might get a flat like that in some dodgy part of Dundee but in the rest of Scotland you'd need at least £400 for a studio flat...:D
You should check around Lanarkshire/Glasgow/Greater Glasgow. You get decent one bedroom traditional tenements for less than £400 in some places now. These are nice enough streets and property bee is starting to show stock sticking and having to reduce prices.Debt Free thanks to MSE!!!! £15,000 debt became £0 thanks to some hard work and all you lovely people!0 -

I'm surprised at that as Glasgow was always expensive....
Maybe the place has detoriated as in the rest of Scotland there is a chronic shortage of rental property and no stock is sticking anywhere...0
