Well, I don't have a cut n' paste list of mobiles.co.uk's threads, but you did post a mildly sarcastic post in your post #5 here because Snakeeyes differed from you.
You should start using one GD it makes life a lot easier for posting ;)
The mildly sarcastic post you were refering to "#5" was not rubbishing any customers was it ?????????
Snakeyes wasn't differing from me because I've always said that if you are lucky and nothing goes wrong then you might get a cheap deal from them. However as I've always pointed out even the most minor hiccup turns into a disaster with mobiles.co.uk and if a customer wants to take the risk they should be aware of any pitfalls ;)

So why is it ok for MJ, with whom you have a mutual admiration society going (count the "thank you" count between you) to say exactly the same thing about observance of the t&c, yet not for Looie to write the same.
The reason is quite simple GD ...MJ makes some good points regarding mobiles.co.uk for which he gets thanked by myself and others, If I get thanked that means that others think I've made a good point.
The point Lookie made about customers not being clever enough is an idiotic statement and deserves the response it got !!!
The main reason people get ripped off by people like mobiles.co.uk seems to be naivety and trust because they get a feeling of reassurance from them being a large company and being part of CPW and believe what they say.
Sadly having A levels and degree's doesn't realy help ...unless it's a Law Degree of course :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

As I said in earlier post - "Balance".
Thats the point though isn't it there is no "balance" because all the customers who have problems with "mobiles.co.uk" have to jump through hoops to get it sorted out or accept their fate because of the appauling CS's.

The "I'm alright Jack" attitude of some posters who come on and say "I've bought a phone from mobiles.co.uk and had no problems" doesn't realy cut it does it ???
Now if 9 times more people than those who complain came on here or the net and said I had a problem and they replied to my email straight away or answered the phone straight away and sorted the problem straight away then I would accept that as a good balance .....However as we both know thats not going to happen is it :rotfl:

    Hi

None of your purchases made are with DGM so you would not be affected by their collapse.

    Kind regards,
    Adele

    So, apparently not the reason.
That was lucky then GD ;)

So what is the reason ...do we know ?????

Still trying to get an answer from them, regrettably. Sent another email to Adele this morning saying if Quidco are not prepared to pursue my claim, then send me the email address or phone number of Voda/Quidco liaison and I will chase them myself.

I also told Quidco that they should downgrade Voda's payment record from FAST to somewhat lower.

I have a thread running on this and will update that as I go.

No idea, I am afraid. But to paraphrase the late Oscar Wilde in the "Importance of being Earnest, "To lose one affiliate, Mr Vodafone, may be regarded as a misfortune; to lose both looks like carelessness.

Ok well looking at the dates concerned you bought in November ???
AW was running with Voda no probs
DGM shut down traffic on 19th Nov
Cookies were honoured till 19th Dec

Voda went onto Tradedoubler on 19th Oct

My understanding is Voda are now running on AW and TD

To save this going off topic with this thread I will PM you later as have to go out
