Thread deleted now sadly !!!
Seriously worried about your obsession with this company now, Silk
How long did it take you to research that lot?? And your long list of thread reference earlier, which you probably now have stored as a file somewhere.
You are, of course, right about the poor customer service, but some people - including me - have had no bother with their claims. That doesn't mean that the other threads with different experience are wrong, but don't rubbish members who have had a good deal with them. Balance!0 -

Extract from order confirmation e-mail, this site did the !!!! not me by the way.

I think that's a scam add-on as well, but I believe the Phones4U group do the same too.0 -

Hope your cashback from Quidco is better than my experience. I ordered a Vodafone sim from Voda via quidco in November last year and am still waiting for payment. Quidco seem reluctant to chase Voda for it.
Not had any posts complaining about mobiles.co.uk/quidco cashback - yet !!!!!!!!!!!0 -

Don't worry about me GD
About 30 seconds GD it's only a cut and past jobie !How long did it take you to research that lot?? And your long list of thread reference earlier, which you probably now have stored as a file somewhere.
The long list is kept on file and needs updating doesn't it
Theres lots of people who have had no problems with them GD but saddly there are a lot who have too but just because one person has a good experiance with them doesn't mean they are any good does itYou are, of course, right about the poor customer service, but some people - including me - have had no bother with their claims. Please show me where I have rubbished customers GD :eek:It's not just about the money0 -
Thats probably because DGM the large Affiliate who Quidco use has gone bust and ceased trading Voda were one of their clientsHope your cashback from Quidco is better than my experience. Well, I don't have a cut n' paste list of mobiles.co.uk's threads, but you did post a mildly sarcastic post in your post #5 here because Snakeeyes differed from you.
Also, although you have previously thanked MJ for some of his posts regarding people not observing t&c or researching properly, when Looie wrote
"If people aren't clever enough to work out/confirm when to send a bill off to get their cashback, they should have taken the free gift or the instant cashback offer instead." you replied
"just because you've had a good experiance from them doesn't help those who have and it most certainly does not help by saying they are not clever enough "
So why is it ok for MJ, with whom you have a mutual admiration society going (count the "thank you" count between you) to say exactly the same thing about observance of the t&c, yet not for Looie to write the same.
As I said in earlier post - "Balance".0 -

Well that's what I thought, but my Quidco email exchange had the following.
I wrote 26 Jul 10 at 22:07
Has my cash back payment been affected by the collapse of DGM as I see from your statement to the press
http://www.quidco.com/blog/?p=399 that Vodafone dealt through them.
Adele from Quidco wrote 27 Jul 10 at 11:50
Hi
None of your purchases made are with DGM so you would not be affected by their collapse.
Kind regards,
Adele
So, apparently not the reason.0
