Just a quick note to confirm that i've had a letter telling me my northern rock credit card is going to have a £2 a month fee from November - nearly rang them in disgust to cancel the card, but now just thinking about it...........

I've never heard of somebody move house before and literally take it with them to another part of the world. Maybe I can move my house to Australia - do you think they would let me do that if I put enough stamps on the side of it?

Co-Op bank ethical ?!?!?!?!?!? I think not !!

After all the bother about the £2 per month fee earlier, I have just had a letter telling me my Plat BRT will be charged £2 per month from 1 Nov 06 !!!!

This leads to several questions:

1. Why has it taken them so long to tell me if they were telling other people a month ago ??

2. Where's my 30-day notice of the change ??

3. Why did CS not know about it a couple of weeks ago when I called to ask specifically about the fee ???

I am now reconsidering my use of this card. The thought of being charged £24 a year, especially as it has no o/s balance on it, does not sit well with me at all...........
