    If someone is banned while viewing the google analytics on firefox with their cookies disabled then all they have to do to be un-banned is reboot their browser while holding down the hash key on their router and then re-register using a random name generator derived from your IP address.
    But this only works if the forum software is swithched to enable.

    Or, you can move house and get a new ISP.... I've heard house prices are coming down, so that's quite viable now. A new house a day...

    Yes but the ISP tracking cookie only works if your'e a unique user and your browser ID software is switched to OTR.

    Otherwise the forum software will only work if the FTV has been reconigured to accept the OTR.
