I said I have been a member for a while, am I eligible for the bonus, I think she checked and said yes. I than asked, because I have been a member for so long I am not sure if I have wagered before (which would beging the time limit) and she went of a checked and said that she couldn't see any and that I was eligible.

To me, I was given the green light and bet in reliance on that promise.

There basically saying, we were misinformed, you won't get the bonus even though I had wagered enough to earn it.

Normally I would just suck it up, but I lost a fair bit of money in reaching the required amount.

Surely what there CS says they are bound by, and no term or condition could get them out of that?

If by your own admission you've had to lose "a fair bit of money" in pursuit of this bonus then I would politely suggest that gambling is not your forte and to cut your losses rather than continuing to chase this carrot that is being waved in front of you in order to get more of your money.

Wonderful, but it appears rather apparent I know more about what I am doing than you are, but obviously your life is so awesome you got nothing better to do.

If you're being encouraged to lose significant amounts of money by the carrot and stick offers of an online gambling website then it appears rather apparent that you don't know what you're doing at all...
