    I'm sorry but asking a question like this and then refusing to give a company name or details of terms and conditions is quite frankly stupid and unhelpful.

    It was a welcome bonus yes, available for both new and existing customers (sportsbook)

    The main terms were, be first deposit and play in the casino and to complete in the required time, CS confirmed to me that I hadn't played before and could receive the bonus once I had completed the necessary wagering.

    There does seem to be more and more of that recently...especially from new members.

    Yes there was separate terms and than the normal 'general terms apply'
