    just so I can keep motivated heres my meal plan -

    Today - [STRIKE]HM (Freezer) Cheese potato and onion pie with baked beans[/STRIKE]
    Friday - [STRIKE]Pizza (Freezer) with HM potato wedges and HM coleslaw[/STRIKE]
    Saturday - [STRIKE]Shepherds pie, carrots, peas, gravy[/STRIKE]
    Sunday - [STRIKE]Chicken dinner with roast potatoes, veg, yorkies and gravy[/STRIKE]
    Monday - [STRIKE]Chicken and onion pie, roast potatoes, carrots, peas[/STRIKE]
    Tuesday - [STRIKE]Bacon, onion and pepper omelette with baked beans[/STRIKE]
    Wednesday - [STRIKE]Chicken and veg curry with rice[/STRIKE]
    Thursday - [STRIKE]Taccos (chilli)[/STRIKE]
    Friday - Chicken wraps with peppers, onions and garlic and mixed salad
    Snacks will be yoghurts, fruit, carrot cake, scones, toast with PB or jam

    Shopping list

    Potatoes £2.10
    cabbage £0.66
    carrots £0.70
    oranges £2.20
    raisins £2.20
    eggs £2.50 (tray of 30)
    lard £0.80

    own brand ready brek £1.29

    I get my eggs from a little fruit and veg shop in the village, theyre all different sizes and its for a tray of 30 eggs!!! I go through 1 tray a week roughly. Kids love boiled eggs

    I got the recipe from HERE along with quite a few other ideas.

    It doesnt have the frosting on the top but it tastes delicious without and you could always do your own frosting if you wanted to.
