I didn't get the job I went for but I wasn't fussed -the part of the job I wasn't keen on was the bit I apparently didn't push in the interview. However, the recruiting manager said he really liked me
and 'strongly advised' me to apply for another job - he said he would talk to the guy who would be managing the other job.
I've done that and it hasn't closed.........but it's weirdly disappeared from their website. I found a cached page today and it's definitely not closed yet! I'm keeping quiet though about that
Might all come to nothing - one person liking me isn't a sure fire foot in the door and I think there will be a lot of applicants, but it really gave me a good feeling to get the feedback from the guy and what he then did to help."Stay Wonky":D
