    Thinks there should be a "passing of the shovel" ceremony that involves chocolate, wine and pretty things.

    yep - doing SS Claire.

    I've had a situation about a month ago where I had to eat a meal so I ate a tiny bit of chicken breast and green salad without dressing to make it an SS+ day - I was with other people and couldn't just sit there. I was terrified about just a mouthful of food triggering all sorts of binge type thoughts but it didn't.

    I've got a night out coming up soon and I am cool about it. Might even factor in a glass or 2 of wine if I plan carefully ;)
