    HA HA - when it dawned on him to ask himself how I knew so much about him he sent me 4 messages asking who the hell i was! I told him that he obviously wasn't as clever as he thinks he is! Have messaged a link to this thread to the bidders - fingers crossed they sort it!

    Just register a new ebay account and bid on his auctions and don't pay lol!

    what's ridiculous is that he claims to be acting legally, but he is grossly misleading people by telling them the price of the genuine phone and giving it's technical specifications. Secondly under some distance selling regulation that i can't recall off hand anyone purchasing online can get a refund within 7(possibly 14) days.

    I, too, contacted the original seller, at lunchtime. He mailed me back to say that it was the 2nd time he'd done it, that Ebay had been informed but failed to act :mad:

    Both listings have now been 'Ended early'.................as opposed to being removed by Ebay.

    Great work guys :T ...................although it would have been nice to see the little twonk saddled with the fees! ;)

    Think he has changed his ID because he knows people have found him under that ID on other sites....and they know his age and his girlfriends name too.
