Hmm...confusing
It seems NCP and NSL are used interchangeably in news items or used as NSL, formerly NCP. Happens if you demerger, I suppose.
Anyway, legally clamped it would seem as they work on behalf of DVLA. Anything wrong with the ticket e.g. no signature?¿Alguien ha visto a mi nave espacial?
Biting is excellent. It's like kissing, only there's a winner.0 -

Very probably it is, unless NCP have transgressed.
(NCP and NSL are different legal entities as denoted by the Company Numbers)0 -
Keep money aside for the £80 penalty that will be coming in the post from DVLA.0

No parking fine at all, just a notice of what to do next which was left in the rain!0

I haven't heard of anyone done for criminal damage.
The scotts out lawed clamping!!!! Don't know why we don't
Is it one u can let the tyre down and drive off? When I worked in the motor trade a hire car got clamped outside my work because the hirer just left it there when the collected their car. So we thought it unfair.
I have done that before but most use a triangular piece of metal with a chain now.
I wouldn't know how to use a angle grinder, nor would I be able to let the tire down and drive away - it is the triangular metal thing with a whopping great big chain around it!!!!! I kicked the darn chain and hurt my toe!0 -
Don't do this, its not a private clamper, they are contracted to DVLA. Mucho Doo Doo's will come down on you.bingy_burge wrote: »Angle grind it off I would and say you couldnt afford it.

Get a friendly lock-smith to pick the lock

That way they can't do you for "criminal damage"
But you will probably have to pay the DVLA's £80 fine when it arrives for non-payment of vehicle tax.0 -
