Oh good gawd, think we have bed bugs...:(. Have seen these little bug like things over the last week, we thought they were those thunder bug things but, I've found them on the bed. Must have brought them back from the caravan from disneyland paris.

Which means, everything will have to be boil washed, the mattress will have to go and possibly the bed, and the carpet.

I'll need to go through DD2's room too.

Oh good gawd, I don't know where to begin.
If they are, you need a professional to get rid of them, but from your last post it sounds as if they're not. You might want to use some kind of disinfectant shampoo/shower gel for the moment too...

I found a rabbit flea on myself earlier, after dealing with a baby rabbit that the dog kindly brought me :o

    Where is greenbee??
    Having a holiday :D

Grateful - Greenbee is very busy with work I think
Nope... week off... hence I am ill ... glands are up and my dad booked me in to see the GP today. Fingers crossed it's not mumps  I think it might just be the shock of not working... anyway, I'm doing lots of walking. OH came with me at the weekend to meet my parents, an we all survived the event . He's gone back to work now. Tomorrow I'm taking some clothes to be altered and then going shopping, Thursday I'm going to Pilates with my mother, and on Friday I'm going for a walk with my cousin. Otherwise I have no plans, other than resting and going for walks.

I'm not quite up to speed with the thread, but see that onestep has been very reckless in her attempt to get out of flying... hope you can get the pain under control... soappie seems to have another campaign underway (I do feel sorry for whoever she is targeting :p)... GnB's LO needs vibes, as do Piggers and squeak. Sorry if I've missed anyone off the list. I'll be back in properly next week.

I'm really, really hoping it's not bedbugs, if it is I've already looked on the councils page and have the infestation number ready.

Didn't really do much in the kitchen today but haven't really stopped all day!!

Managed to get a trip to the tip with junk from the garage
DD wanted help to sort out her room (she is 20 and a messy slob) she should be able to do it herself but I helped by holding the bin bag and encouraging her!!! Try to explain the concept of tidying up after yourself, putting clean washing away (I don't do her washing so she saves it all up and then has a big blitz when she has run out of undies usually) anyway her room is now much better and you can even see the floor!!!
    Did sweep the kitchen floor!!

Tomorrow I am off in to school for a few hours of tidying and sorting my new room, won't get it all done but should break the back of it at least

    Night all

    xxxx
Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last

and I clearly put you off for life :p! There are lots of other east midlands fly ladies - mummyof5, juliejim, quillion, valli to name a few.

Now you know that isn't true:p It is the thought of inflicting my kids on you which has prevented me impossing ourselves on you, the chicks and the evil chicken killing dog (now there is an idea he could keep an eye on my kids)

waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyy hold on. When did you get an OH, I've missed something major and now I know why you've not been on here. Spill or point me to posts with more details.xx

    Mending and labelling all done.
    Ironing all done.

Just a couple of bits to do on here and then heading up to bed.
